Potato Salad

Try making this. Its light and healthy! 1.5 lbs cooked and cooled fingerling potatoes, coarse salt and ground pepper, garlic, rosemary and basil to taste, 1/2 cup, crumbled bacon, 1 cup chopped celery, 1 cups chopped celery leaves, 12 cups watercress, washed and chopped a bit. The dressing is a mix of 5 T olive oil, 2 T white wine vinegar, squeeze fresh lemon.
