Last night supporting the Riverkeeper organization downtown

The Riverkeeper organization held a fund raiser downtown last night with adventure films, beer and the best nachos I have ever had. Since most of the group were athletes in their 50's and 60's, the films of kayaking adventures and water and river management/ecological issues, it was very interesting. This is a great organization to support because without healthy rivers and waterways, recreation and the ecology of the area would change as we know it. The full moon came up as we were driving back to the beach and was huge!!! The cityscapes looking from MOSH towards the Main street Bridge and downtown Jacksonville were beautiful. If you have children, visit the Museum of Science and History. Its a hands on learning museum.

  2. With havin so much content do you ever run
into any issues of plagorism or copyright violation? My blog has a lot of exclusive content I’ve either authored myself or outsourced but it looks like a lot of it is popping it up all over the web without my authorization. Do you know any techniques to help stop content from being stolen? I’d genuinely appreciate it.

    1. I watermark my images in Photoshop and make them low resolution. I know there is always an opportunity for people to plagorize but that is the world we live in these days. A lot of rudeness and theft of artist’s hard work. It is frustrating and disheartening when it happens. A watermark that goes through your images helps but I know people even try to retouch those out. ABout the writing, I don’t know how to safeguard that. You could make a statement after your articles like” Not to be copied or recited without the writers permission. And then leave your email so they can contact you. Giving an artist and writer credit is important when helping them get their work out there. Best wishes.
