Baby Sea Turtles Make their way to the Sea

I have been experimenting with techniques in abstract painting. This one used paint washes , water drips and adding and removing paint in various stages of drying. Acrylic paint has many mediums with different effects but I find that the mediums sometime do not work for the fluid shapes of wet and dry paint. Sometimes I would add splattered and drips and then wait 15 minutes and scrub of the patin which leaves water drop effects and takes the paint down to the white gesso. I also used antique gel for wood found in Home Depot and brushed on the warm browns then rubbed off parts. This painting is 36x36" and portrays two infant sea turtles run to the sea to escape predators.
