Visiting old friends in Georgia

Nelson and I enjoyed a lovely weekend in Georgia near Darien. It was a cold Saturday when us ladies went shopping in St. Simons. I am not much for shopping but found a cool crochet vest. Reminded me of Sonny Bono…
Laura had me paint a little mural for her two cats on the wall near where they eat. Problem was that I am allergic to cats so it was hard with the cats rubbing up on me as I painted. I took a lot of allergy meds over the weekend which took another couple of days for my system to get back to normal when I returned. Laura is a huge fan of art and has a gorgeous collection of paintings, prints and sculptures. Fun weekend!!
